2022 Copper Coast Show Market Stall Holder. 
To book a site you will need to go online to “Eventbrite” to purchase your tickets. When you login to this site you will need to purchase the appropriate ticket relating to the requirements you need for your site.  
Admission tickets will be available on the day, but not at the gate that you will want to enter as a site holder. Entry tickets can be found under the ‘Add-ons’ heading on the ticketing page.

Site descriptions 
3x3 Market Stall  
•    Power or no power 
•    Outside or inside (limit of 30 indoor spaces) 
•    Cars and trailers to be parked in Exhibitors car park. 
6x3 Market Stall 
•    Power or no power 
•    Inside or outside 
•    Outside sites include space for one standard size car or a trailer. If trailer left on site car needs to go to exhibitors car park 
•    Camping permit available for $20 a night 
Commercial Site – small $120 
•    Must stay for 2 days 
•    6 x 3 frontage 
•    Outside only 
•    Space for 2 cars or a car and trailer 
•    Camping included 
•    No power 
Commercial site – medium $200 
•    Must stay for 2 days 
•    Site size negotiable 
•    Outside only 
•    Space for 2 cars and or trailer 
•    Camping included 
•    Power included 
•    2 x memberships included 
Six weeks prior to the show we will email out maps identifying entry gates and site locations. We cannot allocate sites until market site applications have closed. We want to ensure that we place all site holders in the best positions for them and the show. 
If you do not have your own insurance cover for your market stall then you need to purchase an additional Admin Fee ticket for $10 through the Eventbrite site. If you do already have cover you will be asked to name your insurer and policy number when purchasing your tickets online. You will need to have a copy of your policy with you at the show. 
We have chairs and trestles for hire which can be purchased through Eventbrite also. If you do hire equipment, it will be placed on your site ready for you. The hire fees listed on Eventbrite are for the duration of your stay (i.e. same price for one or two days). 
As the guidelines surrounding COVID-19 continually change we will provide clarification on the requirements 6 weeks prior to the show when we send out maps and other details. As it currently stands, site holders would be required to have their own Covid plans (sanitiser, social distancing etc) but would not need to have QR codes or sign in sheets as we will have these on entrance to the grounds. 
Strictly no dogs allowed on site other than ASSISTANCE dogs. As this is an agricultural show there are a variety of animals and working dogs on the grounds and it has been deemed unsafe and unnecessary for pet dogs to be on the grounds. We understand that many people travel with their pets and we are sorry if this is an inconvenience to you. People who attend with a dog will be asked to take it home, and if that is not possible then they will be asked to leave the showgrounds.

If you have an outdoor site then camping on your site for a fee of $20 per night may be possible. Please purchase this when booking your market site on EVENTBRITE.
